Support & report a listing
Tell us what happened and include the listing title, company name, and URL when possible. Never include passwords, login codes, government IDs, or payment details.
Before you send a report
Do not pay an upfront fee, buy gift cards, share account credentials, or move money for a job. Save the original message and verify the company through an independent website or phone number.
Send a report
Email support@heardroom.com with “CreatorSource support” or “Listing report” in the subject line.
- What you were trying to do
- Listing title and company
- What looked suspicious or failed
- Screenshots or the public listing link, with private information removed
What happens next
Reports are reviewed before a listing remains visible. CreatorSource may pause, reject, or remove a listing while the business, domain, compensation, and application path are checked.
